Dr. Erin Farrish M.D.

Dr. Erin Farrish graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2009 after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She completed her residency training in a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, where she served as chief resident during her final year. She is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and the recipient of the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award.

Dr. Farrish joined Middletown Valley Family Medicine in 2023. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, allowing her to care for individuals of all ages. Dr. Farrish enjoys developing long term relationships with her patients and their families to provide the best care possible. Her specific clinical interests include preventive medicine, office-based procedures, and pediatric urgent care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Farrish enjoys baking, visiting museums, listening to live music, and exploring the great outdoors with her family.
